Armijo Remodel

In August 2024, Amplified Renovations completed a comprehensive remodel for the Armijo family, transforming their home into a brighter, more connected, and inviting space. The kitchen now features Ocean White quartz countertops that seamlessly extend to the backsplash and window sills, complemented by custom two-toned cabinetry that enhances storage and aesthetic appeal. A Venetian plaster-finished range hood serves as a modern focal point, while state-of-the-art appliances ensure efficiency and ease for daily use.

The renovation extended beyond the kitchen to the living room and office areas, creating a cohesive design throughout the home. The living room boasts a custom fireplace with materials echoing the kitchen's design, establishing visual harmony and warmth. A remodeled staircase enhances the open layout, linking the upper and lower floors in both function and style. The office space was reimagined with improved natural and installed lighting, resulting in a bright and productive environment that aligns with the home's refreshed layout.

Mountain Park Remodel

In December 2024, Amplified Renovations completed a comprehensive transformation of the Mountain Park residence, modernizing and optimizing the entire home to reflect a seamless blend of style, comfort, and practicality. The project began with an extensive interior demolition, removing existing flooring, cabinetry, and walls to create an open-concept layout. Upgrades included the installation of energy-efficient LED recessed lighting, new electrical outlets, and sconce lighting in bathrooms to enhance brightness and ambiance. Plumbing enhancements featured the conversion of a guest bathroom tub into a walk-in shower, along with the installation of new fixtures throughout the home.

The flooring transformation introduced approximately 2,050 square feet of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring, including 16 stair nosings, providing a durable and stylish base. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with Mystic Gold Quartz countertops and functional cabinetry, while the guest bathroom now boasts a 3x5x9 tiled walk-in shower with soap niches and a fixed glass panel. Craftsman-style millwork and trim, including custom flat stock trim for doors, windows, and baseboards, added character to the interior. A rebuilt handrail and additional trim work ensured a cohesive design throughout.

Final touches included interior and exterior painting using premium products for a flawless finish, custom framing, and fresco harmony to enhance the fireplace, bringing a fresh appeal to the home. This extensive remodel transformed the Mountain Park residence into a modern, functional space tailored to the homeowners' vision, showcasing Amplified Renovations' commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
